Duties and responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to determine what nursing actions are necessary.
- Implement vaccination campaigns
- As directed by a doctor, dispense and deliver drugs and therapies.
- Observe, evaluate, treat, record, and communicate symptoms and modifications to patients’ conditions.
- Give nursing assistance
- Licensed practical nurses and other nursing workers should be supervised.
Supervision: 11–15 individuals
Qualifications: degrees, licenses, memberships, and training
First Aid Certificate: Provincial or territorial authorities’ registration as a registered nurse
